Between the streets and the inbreeding Experience of a group device with adolescents in vulnerable contexts

This article is developed from the prac- tice in a group device with adolescents under the Provincial Directorate of Mental Health carried out in a health effector of the first level of care of the city of Rosario during the period between the years 2017 and 2019. Throughout the work psycho- analytic conceptualizations are recovered around the teens and are stressed with the daily realities that young people go through exclusion, violence, vulnerability, disaffiliation. The tour of their social trajectories shows the particular form that adolescents assume in the singularity of this neighborhood. The article aims to record some effects derived from the work in the device as a care or voice in contexts of vulnerability and to be a contribution to reflect on the importance of sustained community practices from a Extended Clinic
